The availability suggests the need for Phenetic analysis of Polypodiaceae in Nagarawagi Village to facilitate the classification of ferns as well as create a database of flora and fauna diversity in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the species and phenetic relationships of Polypodiaceae, including differences in characteristics based on morphological and anatomical characters. The method used was a preliminary explorative at the study site, where samples were observed in morphological characters such as root, stem, leaf, and sorus, including anatomical characters, namely stomata type and petiole anatomy. Data obtained were analyzed using MVSP (MultiVariate Statistical Package) 3.22 program Percent Similarity method. The results showed that there were 7 species of Polypodiaceae family, namely Pyrrosia lanceolata, Microsorum punctatum var. grandiceps, Drynaria quercifolia, Drynaria rigidula, Belvisia mucronata, Platycerium bifurcatum, and Pyrrosia piloselloides. The species most closely related to others at a 48.22% similarity value were Pyrrosia piloselloides and Pyrrosia lanceolata. Meanwhile, the closest relatives were Drynaria quercifolia and Drynaria rigidula with a 87.89% similarity value. The most influential morphological and anatomical characters were stalk and leaf color, leaf tip, location and shape of sorus, as well as stomata type.}, journal = {OnLine Journal of Biological Sciences}, publisher = {Science Publications} }
