Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) analysis of muscle tissue allows researchers to examine how different levels of intensity affect muscle activity during the time period of physical testing. This study involves 120 healthy adults who were grouped into three categories based on their exercise intensity (low, medium, and high), with 40 subjects assigned to each group. The MRI images will be interpreted by two qualified imaging professionals. The MRI imaging results provide detailed evaluations of the muscle activity levels among the different exercise groups.
