Abstract

A remarkable feature of modern sports is that the training load intensity of athletes is constantly increasing, and training would bring great pressure to the athletes' bodies. One of the important problems is to improve the performance of athletes and effectively solve the problem of high load and scientific recovery. To use recovery methods meaningfully, it is necessary to understand and master the performance, nature and process of fatigue during training. Based on the biochemical characteristics of sports fatigue and the recovery of energy and material after sports fatigue, this paper first analyzed and discussed the mechanism of sports fatigue. Then, the judgment and measurement of sports fatigue were analyzed, the methods of body energy recovery and the ways of energy and material recovery after sports fatigue were sorted out, a new type of sports fatigue recovery mode was established by using neural network technology, and experimental investigation was designed to analyze the generation time and recovery countermeasures of sports fatigue from various angles, and more achievable improvement strategies and schemes were proposed.
